The Finnish Floorball Federation and Finnish underwear brand MÄHÖNE are starting a collaboration focused on increasing the visibility of women’s floorball through well-known player personalities. In the initial phase, the project includes floorball legend Katriina Saarinen and TPS team regulars Jenna Saario and Meri-Helmi Höynälä from the national team.

"Collaboration with Mähöne Brothers opens a whole new window for women’s floorball in an attention-grabbing way. The growth in visibility and commercial potential are both important to us as we head towards the Women’s World Championships in the Czech Republic in 2025 and Turku in 2027," says Mikko Aikko, Sales and Development Director of the Floorball Federation, who also serves as the chairperson of the F-League Women’s Series.

"Mähöne underwear is genuinely high-quality, and the company’s values align with mine. It’s great to be an underwear model alongside Mersu, Jenna, and Iivo. It was a new and fun experience," says Katriina Saarinen.

"It’s fantastic that Mähöne and the floorball federation decided to collaborate specifically on the women’s side. I’m proud to be part of this collaboration with Kassu and Mersu," comments TPS captain Jenna Saario.

"Mähöne represents values that are important to me, and it’s wonderful that they wanted to involve us female players in this collaboration," adds Meri-Helmi Höynälä.
